Just got my ear pierced today, the jewelry shop clerk and the specialist were super helpful and friendly, which made my nervousness less and the process easier. Miss clerk helped me with picking a suitable earring up to my liking. The specialist provided a stress ball, for someone with a phobia from needles, it helped redirect my focus somewhere else. Will definitely come back in the future.
